where the money actually goes.
from the buyer's wallet to your bank account, every sale follows the same four steps.
from any wallet. scan a QR or tap to pay, cleared in seconds.
SOC 2 Type II certified, ISO 27001 compliant, TCSP certified custody.
doors open, tickets get scanned. the completed event is what releases the money.
your choice per event. stablecoins in your wallet, or your currency in the bank.
the buyer gets tickets. you get clean records.
a normal confirmation email with the tickets attached, and a receipt carrying the on-chain payment reference. proper records for your buyer, clean books for you, and nothing that can be charged back later.
get paid your way.
custody releases after the show. keep the stablecoins in your wallet, or take the cash to your bank.
reporting your accountant will accept.
keep the stablecoins, or take the cash.
buyers always pay in stablecoins. what lands on your side is your choice, per event.
the door is covered too.
your door staff scan with a phone, nothing to install at the venue. each QR checks against the order record in under a second, so duplicates and fakes bounce at the door.
admin panel, refunds, settlements, all built in.
admin panel
manage every event in one dashboard. live sales, settlement status, payout configuration, refund queue. invite teammates with scoped roles.
refund requests
buyer or seller triggers a refund from the dashboard. stablecoin refunds clear to the original wallet within minutes. fiat refunds reverse the bank rail.
settlement requests
need cash flow before the show? request an advance against pre-sold tickets. we release a configurable portion early, settle the rest after the event clears.
company invoices
buyers and companies request a proper invoice on any settled order, straight from the receipt. billed details, emailed within 24 hours.
ready to add stablecoin payments?
however you sell tickets, toniq can be live in 1 to 2 days. no monthly fee, no setup fee.
the questions every promoter asks.
do my buyers need to know anything about stablecoins?
No. The checkout looks like any payment page: scan a QR or tap a wallet button, done in seconds. Buyers who prefer cards or local methods use those on the same widget. Tickets arrive by email as normal PDFs with QR codes.
what if a buyer loses access to their wallet?
Tickets are not locked to a wallet. They are delivered by email and verified at the gate by QR, so a lost wallet never means a lost ticket. Approved refunds return to the paying wallet; if that wallet is gone, support can route the refund to a new verified address.
does it work with my existing ticketing setup?
Yes. Toniq is a payment layer, not a ticketing platform. You drop a payment link or the checkout widget into whatever you already use: your own site, a ticketing platform, even a link in bio. No integration project, live in 1 to 2 days.
how do taxes and accounting work?
Every event closes with a settlement statement: gross sales, refunds, fees, net payout, and the on-chain transaction record. Buyers get receipts and can request company invoices. Your accountant gets clean PDFs, not a wallet history to untangle.
what happens if my event is cancelled?
Funds sit in the event's own custody wallet until the show completes, so refunds are always covered. Trigger refunds from the dashboard: stablecoin payments return to the paying wallets within minutes, card payments reverse on the bank rail.
do I need a license to accept stablecoins?
Not to get started. Toniq works with a licensed custodian, so the core regulatory weight sits on our side rather than yours. Stablecoin payouts to your own wallet are the light-touch path; taking payouts to a bank account requires verifying your business (KYB), the same as any fiat rail. We confirm exactly what applies for your country during onboarding.
